It is produced by pasteurizing fresh whey obtained from various cheeses, demineralizing them in a nanofiltration unit and drying them by pulverizing them on hot air. It is a semi-finished product.
It can be used as powder, by melting or with different food products. It has a unique cream or yellow color, a unique fluid powder structure, a homogeneous appearance and does not contain any preservatives, coloring agents or other additives.
Milk powder is also a product rich in protein, calcium and phosphorus. Milk powder is produced from fresh and healthy milks that have undergone all quality controls without using any additives or manufacturing aids.
