Whipped cream
Usage
1 kg whipped cream powder is whipped with 2 lt cold water or cold pasteurized milk (3-10 C) in a mixer at high speed for 3-4 minutes until it reaches the required consistency. It is recommended to keep the whipped cream in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before use.
Product Features
Cold pastry gels are used for decoration and coating purposes in cakes, tarts, ice cream, cupcakes, fruit salads and desserts. It does not cause souring, collapse, yellowing or cracking in the applied products. It makes a difference with its taste.
